Reviving Alexandria as a Hub for the Arts: A Real Estate Developer's Vision

In my role as key strategist and project manager, I had the privilege of collaborating with a visionary Real Estate Developer to revive Alexandria as a hub for local and international artists.

To grasp the pulse of Alexandria's artistic community, I conducted in-depth interviews with a select group of 18 artists gaining profound insights into their aspirations and challenges. Guided by these insights, I developed a comprehensive concept and strategy, serving as a guiding light for all stakeholders & collaborators, detailing the community we are serving & the vision for the project.

Furthermore, I was responsible for assembling dedicated teams in branding, interior design, and operations, facilitating their understanding & aligning their work to the our overarching vision.
